Returns & Refund Policy

At Titan Sportz, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

Eligibility for Return
Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage (unless faulty) may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Return an Item
Email our support team at hello@titansportz.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Clearance/sale items (unless faulty)
